Professional Silicone Extrusion Manufacturing Process

Our production process combines technical expertise, advanced equipment, and stringent quality control, ensuring reliable performance and dimensional accuracy in every batch.

Material Selection & Formulation

We use high-quality solid and sponge silicone rubber in various grades including platinum-cured, FDA-compliant, UL 94-V0 flame-retardant, and high-temperature resistant (up to 315°C) materials.

Custom formulations are available based on hardness (Shore A), color, tensile strength, elongation, and environmental resistance.

Extrusion Process

Silicone is extruded through precision dies to form custom profiles: D-shape, U-channel, P-shape, hollow tube, solid cord, bulb seals, edge trims, and more.

Co-extrusion and multi-durometer profiles are also available to integrate rigid and flexible elements into a single gasket.

Post-Processing Capabilities

Cut to length , Precision cutting by high speed accurate silicone tube cutting machine

Wind to roll : after silicone tube extruded , Coiling and packaging extruded silicone tubes in continuous rolls for efficient storage and installation

Adhesive Lamination: Laminate extruded silicone strips with double side tapes in good adhesion.

Bond into O Rings: Cutting extrudes silicone tube profiles to length and bond into o rings

Punching holes : Punching silicone strips with fixed hole sizes
