Manufacturing Process

Our manufacturing process combines automatic silicone cord cutting and O ring bonding.  

Step 1 – Silicone Cord Preparation

Medical grade platinum-cured fumed silicone cords are loaded onto the feeder shelf of fully automatic cutting and bonding machine  

Step 2 – Precise Cutting

The silicone cord are drew to fixed cutting length and cut off by the automatic bonding machine。

Step 3 – End Alignment

The two cut ends are positioned and aligned before bonding.

Step 4 – O Ring Bonding

The two silicone cord ends dipped with silicone adhesive and get heated in the hot molds with good joints to form a silicone o ring gasket.

Step 5 – Finished O Ring Inspection
